Foreign companies and investors

Entering the EU or Slovak market? Start with what actually awaits you.

Global rules and products cannot simply be carried over into the EU. We help you find your way through European regulation and the Slovak environment before you enter the market.

Typical situations

What organisations come to us with

“Does our product fall under the AI Act, and in which category?”

Classification determines which obligations await you. It is better to know before entry than after the first customer question.

“Our global AI policies do not fit EU law.”

We localise policies and procedures so that they comply with European law, including data and platform regulation.

“How does the Slovak public sector work, and who is who?”

Knowing the institutions, processes and the environment in which decisions are made saves months of trial and error.

Our offer

What we do for you

Our offer rests on three pillars. Use what you need. They can be combined.

Pillar 01 · AI & Digital Compliance
  • Entry compliance assessment for the EU market
  • Product classification under the AI Act
  • Localisation of global AI policies to EU law
  • DSA/DMA and data regulation
  • Council of Europe Framework Convention for non-European parties
Pillar 02 · Academy
  • Module 9 in English for regional management
  • Onboarding of local teams (modules 1–3)
Pillar 03 · Project & Technology Advisory
  • Entering the Slovak market and orientation in the public sector
  • Government & Public Sector Advisory
  • Orientation in the public procurement process
  • IT Architecture Review
  • Independent assessment of local suppliers
A typical scenario

A US software company is preparing to launch a candidate-screening tool on the European market. The product team assumes it is enough to translate the interface. The very first assessment shows that the product may fall among high-risk systems, that documentation and human oversight of outputs must be set up differently, and that on the Slovak market it will need a local partner. The difference is whether this is found out before entry or after.
