Slovak companies (SME & corporate)

You use AI. Can you show that you use it properly?

Your employees are already using AI tools, often without management knowing. We help you gain an overview and set the rules before a supervisory authority, a customer or an investor starts asking.

Typical situations

What organisations come to us with

“We do not know which AI systems are actually running here.”

The first step is an inventory and classification. Without it, neither the obligations nor the risks can be assessed, nor what should be prohibited.

“The supplier says compliance is their responsibility.”

Responsibility cannot be passed entirely to the supplier. An organisation that deploys a tool has its own obligations and must know what to require from the supplier.

“The board is asking whether we are ready.”

We prepare documentation that stands up to scrutiny: internal policies, an AI asset register and evidence of staff training.

Our offer

What we do for you

Our offer rests on three pillars. Use what you need. They can be combined.

  • GDPR × AI
  • Compliance and governance requirements for AI suppliers
Pillar 02 · Academy
  • Company-wide AI literacy under Art. 4 (modules 1–3, 8)
  • Executive block for the board (module 9)
  • Team productivity (module 8)
Pillar 03 · Project & Technology Advisory
  • Digital Transformation Roadmap
  • Vendor Selection & SLA
  • Project Delivery Recovery
  • Funding Scan (ESIF, Recovery Plan)
A typical scenario

A company’s sales team starts using a public AI tool, unknown to IT, to prepare offers and pastes price lists and client data into it. During due diligence ahead of an investor’s entry, it turns out the company has no register of AI systems and no rules of use, and cannot say where the data went. Negotiations drag on for weeks and the investor asks for additional guarantees. A few pages of policy, a register and a short training session would have been enough.
